Overview

Sysmo is a desktop workspace built around agents as active participants in the work of an accounting firm. It gives agents the customer context, tasks and connected tools they need to carry work forward, while giving accountants a clear way to direct it, review it and step in when their judgement is needed.

A workspace built for agents

Agent execution is central to how Sysmo works. Tasks, recurring plans and workflows give agents defined work to carry out, with dependencies and checkpoints along the way. Work can pause for an answer or approval and continue from there, keeping people and agents part of the same process.

Shaped around the accountant’s day

Accountants work across customers, deadlines and responsibilities. Sysmo brings that context together so they can see what agents are working on, what needs attention and where a decision is waiting. The goal is to let agents carry more of the routine work while accountants stay close to the judgement and customer relationships that matter.
